Shoprite Morula View Horror

We went to shoprite at morula view, the cashier by the name of Dineo didnt give us the slip and claimed she did. We couln't get out of the store since the securities wanted to see the proof of purchase, the matter was escalated to 2 manager by the names of Bridgette came mumbled and left us standing like we are ********* instead she went to the office to take selfies and Ipeleng who was asked to go print the slip for us said she is going home since she knocked off. We had to wait 45min before they could decide to help, is this how customers are suppose to be treated? People are out ther looking for jobs, yet some are messing around with customers.
