Shoprite More Like Shop Wrong

<p>I have been putting this off for quite sometime now and I feel enough is enough.</p> <p>Shoprite Sea Point is by far the worst shopping experience anyone can go through.</p> <p>Ideally I shop there for the convenience as I live opposite so getting a few extras is easy. well, so you would think.</p> <p>Everytime I walk into Shoprite there is always some sort of issue! Whether its running low on change or there is a lack of staff or management, one thing is for sure that the Managers at Shoprite need a thorough training session and lesson in regards to the word "Management"!</p> <p>I sympathise for the workers (cashiers/packers) at Shoprite as the leadership from management is non-existent.</p> <p>There have been numerous times I see managers watching the cashiers ring up goods, collect cash and still have to pack away the groceries, the funniest thing is that the manager does nothing to help the customer, it takes a few requests to get the managers attention.</p> <p>As I can see Shoprite cares nothing for its customers I am going to continue posting pics and comments until a noticable change has been made.</p> <p>I will no longer be supporting Shoprite and will make a great effort to help others and doing there shopping elsewhere.</p> <p> </p> <p>Unhappy</p>
