SHOPRITE MONEYMARKET ACCOUNT IS A ****

Greetings, I need help. I opened a shoprite moneymarket account online a few months ago and its been working just fine. Until today (25 May 2024) when I tried to access my account as usual and I coldn't, instead I was greeted with a message saying "we cannot verify your details"

When I went to one of the stores, the lady who was helping me seemed really confused and could not help me. She rather referred me to dialing *120*3534# which turns out to be another way of logging on. But It olso sent me back to the same message that I need to send my selfie holding mt ID, proof of address and source of income. To their whatsapp number or their emal address. But none of these is answered. It seems as if this is one of the shop's method of taking people's hard earned money. To this day, I have not been helped. My money is stuck in this account
