Shoprite Money Transfer

I am so disappointed with Shoprite money transfer, on the 16th of January I did money transfer to the wrong and the person withdrew the money. When I went to check I realized I sent it tk the wrong the wrong number and I went to enquire about it they didn't want to give me details of the person. Your money transfer policy is weak and there is no security In it.
