Shoprite Money transfer

<p>I forgot my pin to withdraw the money, I went to Daveyton shoprite on 28/04/2017 to request the pin. They took a copy of my ID and the slip and promised me I will get the pin SMSed within five days. Five day passed and I went back to follow up on 05/05/2017 and again promised the pin in five day. To date no one send the pin. Does it really take two weeks to have the pin send to me??? If I went to PEP money transfer they would have given me the pin immediately!!!!!</p>
