Shoprite Money Market withholding my funds.

Money Market is withholding my money.

I purchased a money market voucher on my new cellphone number since my money market has my old number I did everything expected of me by sending FICA documents and emailing numerous times. Its been over 3 days with no movement as they promised a 24 hr turnaround time. It is such an inconvenience as I need to use my voucher at this very moment. Shoprite has taken no accountability or communcated with me further regarding the issue. I have now phoned them as they promised to resolve the issue by yesterday in which they have not. They told me they are awaiting voucher validation in which I could have done had I been informed. Money market has failed me they dont treat me like a valued customer let alone with urgency. Do not use Shoprite Money Market.
