Shoprite Money Market uses Dishonest providers - Intercity Xpress

I used Shoprites Money Market services and purchased an Intercity Xpress ticket more than 3 months ago. I was advised of the cancellation policy and the refund terms and conditions which I met and was confirmed by Intercity. They are a Dishonest company who make empty promises and refuse to provide my refund. For 3 months I have been told it will be done immediately. I have sent them 45 WhatsApp messages and 7 emails to their customer care and they just do not bother. WHY IS SHOPRITE SELLING PRODUCTS and SERVICES OF DISHONEST COMPANIES? Surely Shoprite would vet all of its service providers to check that they are reputable? I am holding Shoprite reponsible for this. Please read the Facebook and Hello Peter reviews from the public on Intercity Xpress and yet you continue to sell their services! Please investigate this.
