Shoprite money market ****

I got ****med at Shoprite money market on the 4th this month, when I send the money it was 11:58 at Benoni Shoprite then the money was withdrawed at 01:07 at checkers hyper mall of canival, when I ask who recieved it, they can't give me the details, I even went to open the case but I didn't get help. I'm so disappointed with Shoprite.
