shoprite money market pin request

<p>Im utterly fuming in dissapointment with shoprite Soshanguve crossing and Thorntree..i doposited 2000 on the 24 april to a child in durban who till now cannot acces money because we lost pin,i then went to the shop in soshanguve crossing two days later and was told a new pin wil b sent in three days and three days turned into three weeks still no new pin afterr going countless times to make enquiries, i decided to go to another store thorntree ,same thing hapenned three days will turn into a week...i mean at a bank u lose a pin a get it ,is it hard for shoprite to return back my money or new pin so my child can be back home,also do they even think all this trips i take to the store is very costly...shame to you Shoprite for a big brand like you to be unable to sdolve a small matter, hope i get compensated for my heartaches ive experienced...</p>
