Shoprite money market nightmare

I sent money to Lesotho on Friday the 6th june 2025. The recipient could not get the money due to incorrect pin. Went to the store in Eldorado pak in Saturday the 7th. They reset the pin through a call they logged. Pin did not work. Went back to Goldenhighway shoprite on Sunday the 8the. Again they reset a pin that did not work. I came back today Monday the 9th, now i have to wait for them to get authorization to refund. They just don't care. Imagine sitting in the store for your money. No one is providing a meaningful explanation.
