Shoprite Money Market I want my money

Money Market requested that I must get the confirmation letter that state that the money was paid to my account.i went to sassa and unfortunately there is no such letter and I sent an email to sassa and they advised me to go to post office and they couldn't help.sassa people came in our community and they said I won't get any letter stating that. I just need my money from Shoprite Money Market.
