Two weeks ago My wife won some money at betway transferred it trough shoprite cash send they refused to gave her the money claiming the number belongs to someone even when I gave them proof of my contract because is a contract number from vodacom they still refused but the person they say the number belongs to they never seek proof to her/him my wife has been using this number for the past 8+years please help her get her money
