Shoprite money market

I bought a shoprite voucher using paymenow app which is app from work. I was told to download the shoprite to access my voucher which I did and registered an account. When I tried to access the fund I was told I registered with different number and I asked them to change the number for me. My case is been dragging, I dont how many times was asked to send my id photo for forensics. Bad service bad system.
