Shoprite Money Market does not involve itself and help with refund - Be warned!

On Saturday the 1st of March, when I wanted to generate a deposit token from the app on my mobile to give it to someone who works for me to deposit the money, I noticed that there were three transaction which I did not authorise. All of them were written buy gaming.

I wrote to them to have the money refunded into my account.

They refused and referred me to Hollywood bets to ask for the reversal from them if the money has not been used.
