Shoprite Money Market

On the 14th of December 2021 I deposited R1000.00 through Money Market from the Van Der Walt branch. The recipient was given a secret Pin as is required. Instead the money was withdrawn from Shoprite In Shayandima, Thohoyandou, instead of from Benoni. I still have the the till slip with me but failed to have the transaction reversed.

Kindly assist me with getting my money back.
