Shoprite Money Market Account Disappointment.

I Have a MMA account with Shoprite but everytime i want to withdraw funds from my Account i go to Shoprite Retailers to be greeted with No Sorry we don't have money or we can only give you Between R100-R500 why do you have a Account if you cant use it other then at Shoprite but not even they want to give you money disgraceful.
