Shoprite money market account airtime voucher

I brought airtime on my shoprite money market account I via the app I didn't receive the voucher for 3 days, I then sent then an email it's been two weeks they are busy sending me used airtime vouchers with no reference. I asked them for the voucher references with no luck, even now I haven't received my airtime that I brought on the 16/10/2023
