ShopRite money market account

I used my ShopRite money market account to register for my Srd grant 370 I wasn't aware that my account was dormant I reactivated the account my money was supposed to come in on the 25th of September I got a message saying edeposit could not be processed I still believe I have the right to my funds since we'll the account is reactivated now they say it will take 60 sassa payed out my money I'm sure there's a way to get my funds. This Really sucks.
