Shoprite Money Market Account

I opened a Shoprite Money Market account about a year back. Was working perfectly. Then they needed verification I have done and it was invalid, why I don't know did everything they asked me to do. Now been struggling a very long time to access my money in the account as i am getting no help to unblock my account. this is a disgrace to just ***** people's money that does not belong to SHOPRITE!!!!
