I was ****med on the 25th on November 2025. Case was opened but still no one from ***** department at Shoprite who is willing to assist. I had Xtra savings card that I was saving money on it. R5K Was withdrawan without my knowledge at Pta while I stay at Soweto. Numerous emails where sent to Shoprite Money market ***** department but no follow up.
