Shoprite Money Markert Account

I have a Nehawu Value Added funeral cover where I have to get money through a voucher from Shoprite Money Market and they keep on making me send the same information in order for me access the money that was supposed to help me with the burial of my cousin. I gave them all the information that they want but even today the are still requesting the same thing. There is no progress on a matter that was supposed to be dealt with last weak Wednesday. Yesterday they requested the number number that the money is in and I did provide and still today the same question.
