Shoprite Mmabatho refusing to sell electricity voucher

Shoprite in Mmabatho Megacity, refused to sell me electricity voucher, they refuse to accept a note of the meter number, they wanted an old used voucher. We only had bought stickers to buy electricity with. It doesn't make sense their reasons as the teller ultimately will still type in the meter number irrespective. Melony was refusing to help
