He is always show by his leadership in assisting his collegues when the line is long, he assist to pack. I left my phone on the dry veg dept and a male staff member that wear glasses handed in when he found the phone laying in one of the basket. Under Mr Munic . I can a tremendous change of staff attitude ( although Rome is not built in one day). Thank you for the hard work (fellow staffs ) and what a great store it hasbecome. On April 3 2026 Between 0845 and 0900 am - Cashier SalomJaars - She was busy Chewing Gum as I approach towards her. She was busy chatting with her collegue accross the cigarete counter. She turned around with the most unwelcome approach , the cashier at the cigarette counter offered to help me, Ms Jaars rolled her eyes and spoke in Afrikaans thinking that I dont understand. And she say to her collegue that I am dramatic and so I exchanged words in Afrikkans with her and she kept on going with her afrikaans. Apart from that , she was chewing gum with an attitude. I have complained to the floor supervisor. I have dealt with Ms Jaars many times , when you wished her good morning as a customer , she just ignores you. She is not a people person and I don't think as many staff , she is one of the rotten apples. My partner and I , tried so many times with her ignorance to make her a day better BUT TODAY I have ENOUGH with her attitude. I am rating from 5 stars to 1 star to get the management attention. Thank you! What a memorable Good Friday experience with your outlet!
