Shoprite might have ****med my father

On 11/09/2024, 17:24 @ Shoprite SCF Randburg , Bram Fischer drive, Ferndale. My father purchased few items (R119,49) he also requested cashback (R1,500) electronic payment. He was was served by Ramaesela Brenda Sebothoma. My father was not feeling well that day so he needed cashback so that he can go to the doctor the following day. He did not count the money after purchasing. Upon his arrival at home, he checked the money for him to go to the doctor, he noticed he has R1,100. On 12/09/24 I called Shoprite SCF Randburg and explained everything , Brenda said I must come to the store to check footage, I must bring slips with me. When I arrive she took the slips and went to the camera room alone, she left me at near reception desk. She later came back after 15 minutes and told me that she did give my dad R1500,00. The issue is that she went there alone and left me at reception. She told me I must go open a cas if I want. She gave me bad attitude.

The reason I am writing this is because I am hurt that my father was ****** his money and couldn't go to the doctor because of her mess. He usually counts the money but that day he couldn't because Brenda was also rushing, she didn't count properly, she was sliding the notes inbetween her fingers.
