Could you please train the staff with your latest easy payments options at the Midrand Boulders branch. It's been two days in a row but all your cashier's are still failing to use such a basic thing as scan to pay from your phone. Even the supervisors are clueless of this feature. I was using MTN MOMO & when I said ill go to Pick N Pay to buy my stuff they gladly let me leave. Train your people because times are changing or you'll find yourselves losing customers.
