SHOPRITE MFULENI'S DISGUSTING SERVICE

I am disgusted by the service at Shoprite in Mfuleni,as I went to shop round about mid day, I purchased some things with my debit card asking for a simple cash back of R50 the cashier told me she doesnt have cash,I then called the controller on whom her name I heard from the cashier,she said her name was Nokuphiwo the reason I asked ,everyone did not have a name tag when i asked why they dont have name tags she said no one has,I then waited for another customer that will pay with cash for about 15 minutes because everyone was paying by card . I then got the cash back of R50 ,the worst part is the controller "Nokuphiwo"did not apologize instead she looked at me with attitude I'm totally disgusted by the service at Shoprite Mfuleni!
