Shoprite meyerton

I was at above store on the 20th June 30 minutes before closing time, and couldn't be assisted because the cashier had already closed her till. What irritates me the most is she **** to me and said the tickets I was looking for are not available according to the system... I Went again the following day and was able to purchase the tickets this was a "anevesary gift " I felt so disappointed that she kept on waisting my time and pretending to surch, Where did these tickets suddenly come from? Pity she was off duty soo u asked to see the Store manager He cm and said he will address the issue, he took my details and never got back to me till today 5/7/2023. Meaning he was just full of empty promises, where I come from i work with Professionalism, People, integrity,empathy values . Promise you make is a promise you keep, he failed to address the matter, he as the store manager is just as unprofessional as the cashier who **** to me at money market. Why take my details if you don't indent to get back to me, His customer service sucks as a leader... What worries me most is these people work with money they capable of anything, why do they have to be reminded to do their jobs professionally.
