Shoprite ****med me

I sent money to my uncle with Shoprite on the 5th of December and gave him The M numbers with no pin . I give him a pin on a call .but when he went to fetch it He was told it's taken already yesterday in durban ,but my uncle is in Eastern Cape. I sense inside job and I'm so frustrated because he needs the money. This is my ID No *** . The Money Is R2500 . . Please follow it up .
