Shoprite Meadowlands

Yesterday Sunday the 23rd of November 2025 I went to Shoprite Ndofaya mall in Meadowlands to buy items that were on sale. Upon arrival I looked for those items on the shelves then went on to ask a staff member. I then asked for a raincheck because there was no stock and that's where the problem started. The supervisor and manager started acting up, giving me attitude and weird facial expressions. The cashier at the kiosk asked them to help me, but I was left unattended with no word said to me. The two then went into the office next to the kiosk to chit chat. That was unacceptable and unprofessional. It is so disappointing that the staff treats us with so much disrespect. No apologies whatsoever and not even information on when the stock will be available. This is so frustrating.
