Shoprite Mayfair

On the 4th of February 2025 my mom and I went to shoprite in Mayfair to the money market. When we go there we were standing in the queue and were called by the security to go the cashier. When we got to the cashier she stood up and saying with an attitude that she didn't call us so why did we come I then told the cashier there is no need for her to be rude she then said to me "Hai ***of" I then said to her "Jou gemors "and took a piece of paper that was there and threw at her. The cashier then came from behind the tills telling me she is going to "moer"me and show me what's a "gemors" she was swearing at me and mom I didn't say anything back to her when she got from behind her till and wanted to beat me. The management at shoprite was just giving a blind eye walking pass us acting like they don't see anything. My mom and I then continued with our shopping after withdrawing the money. We then left the store just to be followed by the cashier threatening that she's going to kill me and that I won't see the end of the year calling my mom a "***** and ****" telling my mom she doesn't deserve to be a mom.

After couple of hours we went back to shoprite to report the cashier we were told there is nothing they can do since it happened outside the store and that we should go to the police.

I've been reporting this case and it seems like nothing is happening I don't even like going to shoprite anymore and I mean I've been going to that shoprite since I was a child before that cashier worked there.
