Shoprite managers rude and no clue of CPA- no feedback from head office on complaints

We went to Shoprite Nigel as we were attending a birthday party for my granddaughter. We wanted to buy goods that were on your Rand o Rama . Most of the stock could not be found and to find assistance from staff was non existent, the manager on duty Suyuvilo set the tone when it come to poor service!! Full of attitude and not helpful. When I asked him for the number of his manager or regional manager he told me he doesn’t have it and I can do what I like, he just walked past me, talking in his language and left. There was a suitcase priced R189.99 (photo can he provided) and at the till it scanned different price. He asked a staff member to go and check and the staff member walked away with his hand in his pockets and just said it is not for this one. When I spoke to the manager he said again in a rude way, do what you want !!
