Shoprite Manager (Bridge City?

I'm really disappointed in the service I was given by Manager at Shoprite (Bridge City) Branch.. My partner exchanged a microwave minutes later we figured that we forgot to return 4 packs of Ferrero Rocher Chocolate worth R800.. The manager took her own precious time to attend to me and minutes later after complaining the manager called me in to tell me that she won't do the exchange for me. I explained as to why we came in different turns and if there's a problem I can call my partner to come down stairs to further explain.. I asked the reason as to why I'm not assisted she said "Its invalid and she has called all Shoprite branches to tell them not to do the exchange for me" So if she couldn't assist me why did she call all the branches?? I'm really disappointed and would like to sit down with her and hear her explain to me why she couldn't do it for me, is it because of race??? ***uality??? Because I was really offended by this act as a Manager.
