SHOPRITE MAMELODI CROSSING WORST SERVICE

Hello Peter please please assist.I really am very upset and disappointed with the service i got today(21/03/2019) time 18h10. I got to shoprite the shop was packed so were the tills,I was on the queue at till 13 when a cashier by the name of Dineo Molatudi told us she was closed to my surprise the store is packed and by the way closes at 19h00 so at 18h10 we were told to leave the till and find another one because she is closed..We asked her why did she not tell us and where should we go she told us she doesn't know she only knows that she won't be helping us.I asked her of any customer rights applies in shoprite and she told me no she.She literally then insulted us and clicked her tongue at us and stood us as we all asked for the manager,we were told to go looking for her its not her job to call managers.We stood there all confused for 20 minutes when one of her colleague asked her to help us.Wow her service because of anger was crazy,she threw our groceries around,my card and my cash back was literally thrown at me. All this happening infront of everyone i was hurt and felt like crying i walked out embarrassed. When one lady told me not to worry and complaining doesn't help as shoprite doesn't have any customer service the staff is like that they insult us knowing that we can't do anything as their jobs are secure.

Help us please i lost my dignity today all because of people who don't need jobs and also don't appreciate the job they have.
