Shoprite Malvern, Gauteng - very bad service

<p>I went to Shoprite Malvern, Cnr Queen and Jules street in Gauteng earlier this morning and after paying the teller asked me for a R.50c and after going through my wallet, i told her that i don't have it. She then turned looking at me and said "Hayi Sisi, then you'll wait becuase i don't have a change as well". To my surprise, she said that cashing uo the goods for the other customer who was after me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I stood there surprised and out of words for a moment and when i noticed that she's now helping the second customer then i asked her on how long am i supposed to wait as i am going to work and i told her that i don't appreciate her attitude, treating me like a fool, by not even thinking of what i felt. Then with her tired, sleepy attitude, she told me again that she's going to help me when she's done helping others. I then asked her to call her manager, which she just told me he is in his office and that i must go find him myself... which i did. </p> <p> </p> <p>OMG! Worse than ever! When i got to the office, the manager himself looked too sleepy and tired as well and I asked him to come help me with the teller. When we got there and explain to him, he looked at the teller and said: " Do i give customers change, why are you sending her to me?" I then had to explain again that I called him because i thought him as the store manager would assist me with this. He walked away without a word and then i insisted that i get my money back. From nnowhere, she just gave me my change & the slip and i was boiling because i couldn't understand why should that had to come to where i called the manager and waisting my time. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was not happy at all with people making retails shops their back yards and treat people like rubish. i wish Shoprite workers should leave they bad attitude home and come to work and assist us with respect! As for the manager, he does not deserve to be called that. He is useless!</p>
