Shoprite Mall of Tembisa

Shoprite Mall of Tembisa the cashiers by the name of Thembi she was very rude and she is not suitable to work with people... I am a pregnant woman who can not carry heavy things i was with my sister and she refused when my sister was trying to help me she told me she can't help me I must carry the 10kg by myself. She didn't offer me any plastic I had to ask her to please add plastics to my grocery and she shouted... WHY DIDN'T U SAY SO WHEN I WAS BUSY Punching IN YOUR GROCERY... and I was like please don't shout at me I thought you would offer me one and she throw it at me. It was my first time seeing that woman I even told a lady who I thought she is a manager she apologiesed on her behalf but yah I feel she needs get more training on how to work with customers. She is extremely rude!!
