Shoprite Makhado Cashier Mpho is Unprofessional!

Today I went to go pick up a couple of essentials at Shoprite in Makhado Limpopo. There was a white man complaining about tills being full so a cashier (Mpho) came and opened one to assist him. The other customers and I then moved from the long queues we were in and join this one so we could pay.

She assisted the white man and one black man and then told us that the till was not working. At this point, there were 2 women in front of me. She helped one of them and the other skipped to join another queue. When it was my turn to pay Mpho told me the till is not working and told me to join another queue and I did.

There were a lot of people behind me when I left to go join another queue but she assisted them. I asked the cashier that was assisting if there was a problem with the machine and she said no she just does not want to help me.

I did speak to the manager but I could not stay long enough for him to resolve the matter as I was in a rush after paying for my things.

I am really appalled by the customer service Mpho gave to me and other customers today and I feel that she only respects and serves customers well who are not black. This is **************. There was no reason for her to lie and say her till isn't working but continue to serve other customers after that.
