Shoprite Liquor Diepkloof RIPPING ME OFF

I bought some item at Shoprite Diepkloof 3 weeks ago and according to them, my card declined (offline)... Then we swiped again and it went through. I asked for the first slip of decline and they said it did not come out, they only gave me for the one that went through.

SMS notification confirmed two transactions, I showed the lady Gugu the SMSs and she said I must bring a bank statement. Next day I did so and till today, I still have not received my money and Shoprite did confirm that they I had swiped twice for one item when they checked their balances.

Now approaching 4 weeks and all I keep on hearing is they will refund me.
