Waited at the till point for 20minutes before we received our bottle of whiskey. Gentlemen named Harold Masedi had key to storeroom where liquor bottles are kept. Mr Harold Masedi was arrogant and didn’t show any remorse, he went on to tell me the customer that I can report him if I want after I asked him to apologise.
