Shoprite LIquoe

I went into shoprite liquor in Parklands main road, I took two BC chardonnay wines out of the fridge and a 500ML bottled bonaqaua water. As I walked out I noticed leakage on the plastic I assumed it's the water only to find out it is the cracked wine, which braked and broke at the bottom. Two ShopRite female manages were gossiping about me in Afrikaans the other tell the other female " She is taking changes, she broke wine and wants a refill. The made me stand in humiliations calling one person another anther telling my story and they told me they do not order items with cracks. As a customer I was treated unfairly and humiliated.
