Shoprite Lenasia Terrible Service?

After enduring terrible traffic on the evening of and rushing to my local Shoprite in Lenasia and shopping for 45 minutes, I got to the till to pay and the cashier very sarcastically commented, 'Cash Only'. I enquired if I could make payment at another paypoint and she giggled remarking all the card facilities are not working! I requested to see the manager and a gentleman by the name of Patric came to the cashier. I indicated my dissatisfaction of the scenario and he merely sneered me off by saying his sorry. The cashier indicated that they were having problems for a few days with the card payments... I asked Patric why did they not have signs put up indicating they arw having problems with their paypoint and he had no comment... The service, interaction of staff with customers and the replacement of stock on the shelves is terrible as well. There is a Ceckout Supermarket and Luxmi Supermarket not very far from Shoprite which offer much better service and appreciate their customers.
