Shoprite Lenasia branch makes the devil swear to God he has nothing to do with these people!

Wow!! Today as I entered shoprite a lady name Claudia Ndlovu who looked like a manager was blocking the way in while holding a trolley refusing to make eye contact even thought she was standing right infront of me having a conversation with someone behind me. I then finished my shopping using the trolley with the 2 red baskets and after paying R1400 inside I get to the door and an EXTREMELY rude security guard who told me his name was Gift when I asked him what his name is as I could not BELIEVE the man telling me domestic worker to go and take a large trolley and repack our groceries because the baskets cannot be ******!!! Why would we ***** the trolley baskets after spending so much in your store?! This is beyond UNACCEPTABLE rude behaviour! Shoprite Lenasia branch is HORRIFIC in service generally but today took the cake!!! People are desperate for jobs and yet those who hold positions feel they have the power to disrepect and ill treat customers?!
