This message is directed to the management of the Shoprite mini @ St Lucia!!!

I for one, I am sick and tired of your store's poor or none existing service. Please do us all a favour and teach your staff about customer service, especially the cashier's. Update them about any new, upcoming, or existing services that your Store is offering.

They are very quick to dismiss you, when you need clarity or assistance regarding a service their not fami**** with. As soon as something like "I don't know, or we do not offer that here" comes out of their mouth, you no longer have their attention.

Teach them the importance of swiping the extra savings card. Losing money that you could have saved because of someone else's carelessness is not nice.

Last but not least, please check your frozen meat regularly. You cannot be selling off meat to customers like it is nobody's business.
