Shoprite Kwa Thema Square

I am writing this review about an incident that took place at Shoprite Kwa Thema Square between 3 customers and a cashier which goes by the name of Thato Kope on the 26th of October 2023. Basically what happened was I brought a few goods and before paying for the goods I requested a cash back from the cashier. When I was about to pay I noticed that the cash back was not charged, then I requested for a cash back for the second time and I was told to scream louder so that the whole store should hear me request for a cash back. In response I calmly asked to be properly serviced as a customer and I was told that I am not a customer repeatedly. I was told that whether I do my shopping or not,it makes no difference the cashier gets a full salary. In the end I was told infront of the 2 customers that "it makes no ****ing difference and I don't give a **** about you" those were the exact words from the cashier.
