Shoprite Kuruman Mall poor service

I went to buy a few items at Shoprite today. As I came to the till point the cashier tells me she has to go to the bathroom and tells me to go to another cashier. When I get to the next cashier she tells me I have to go to the back of the line and when I tell her that the other cashier send me to her she tells me with attitude she is only helping out of that line and I have to go to the back. I went to call the manager and he came there but did not ask even what happened, he just stood there while waiting for her to assist another customer she was busy with. All the time this cashier keeps talking in Tswana not knowing that I understand what she is saying. Making snarky remarks. I took her to task in front of her manager and told her that you don't talk to customers like that and I also work in retail and I am also a manager and it appalled me that this manager said nothing while I had this back and forth with his staff member. He tells me I should be quiet we will go talk in his office. How on earth do you tell the customer to be quiet? The staff at this Shoprite(Kurumab Mall) make it seem like they are doing you a favour by helping you. They never greet you, they are always moody and disrespecful. But enough is enough, how is it that Shoprite hires these unfriendly people that does not know the meaning of customer service. If it was possible I would not even rate them one star because that is being too generous.

The cashier that helped me is Kelebogile Mokgoro and the manager is David, I did not get his last name.
