Shoprite katlehong Hlahatsi

I've just been to Shoprite katlehong to make a purchase of a few items, when at the counter about to pay, the cashier by da name of Hlengiw Ngema was very rude towards me, when asking for her name she refused and instructed me to look at the slip once I've paid, I then asked the lady to please pack my items in my plastic pack and the lady refused to do so, I then asked for the Manger and she refused until one of the ladies came to assist with the packing of my items, I'm. Very much disgusted and dissaponted by the service I recieved this evening at Shoprite and so hope that, this matter does get looked into, seeing that people clearly don't value their jobs nor customers.
