Shoprite kathu

I was helped by Maria Paulino with an issue i had whereby a cashier entered the wrong order nimber to which i was supposed to send money to and the money went to the wrong person, in order to rectify this She made me buy airtime and use my own phone and airtime to call the people to reverse the transaction, i waited for hours standing at her office door she never even offered me to sit down and she sayed i had to wait for some transactions to be done before i could get my money back as if i was the one who had the fault on the transaction, and at the end of the day could not get my money and my people are still waiting for the money which that shoprite has.
