Shoprite Juntion Mall Newtown Disgusting & staff is ****** towards indians!!!

<p>We went into the store to purchase smokes & a cool drink... walked in with my babies nappy bag n my baby, straight to the fridge then straight to the till while walking into the que there was broken glass on the floor no one had bothered to even sweep it up... we waited by the cashier for over 15min for change... while we waited they held a conversation not bothered about serving the customer first... but that was ok... we even canceled the cig's as they brought the change & we thought the cig's would take even longer to reach us at the till... walking out of the store security asked for the receipt of the drink we gave it to him... then he asked to search the nappy bag seeing that it was a nappy we had most definately wet wipes in there asked very rudely to go get a receipt not allowing us to explain myself & my husband got very worked up so the the so called acting manager came to us asking what the problem was we explained i then told the lady in the office lets tkae out each wet wipe from the packet n start counting she refused & said that they apologise... i asked for vid footage to be brought up to show if we were anywhere near the nappy section they could not show us as the so called real manager was not in we were told to wait he would be in shortly but later i found out that was a lie to as the real manager was on leave... while in the office another indian lady that had a down symdrome child stood outside waiting for us to leave as another staff member of this store had push her child down on the floor for been by a trolly!!!!! the employee was arguing with the lady outside the office n then left n walked out of the store!!! we then saw him walking out of the parking lot!!! we left our contact details till date no1 has contacted myself or my husband for the footage i called today 15/03/2017 spoke to the manager who knows nothing about both incidents!!! This is utterly disgracefull how people are been treated at shoprite newtown junction mall... i use to like shoprite for their friendly staff in all other areas i shoped but i will never purchase from them again!!! </p>
