Shoprite Jabulani mall ****s

I would like to lay a complaint about my visit at Shoprite- Jabulani mall. I was there today on the 13th of February 2019. Apparently a guy from the store suspected that I stole something , but I paid and went out the store with my slip and everything. Later on two people from Shoprite attack me in the parking lot telling me that I had ****** a nail clipper from the store. They then wanted to search my bags at the parking lot and I refused and suggested we go back to the store. When we got to the store I was now being accused of damaging goods instead of *****ing, I asked to see the CCTV footage but they refused. The manager of the store today didn't handle the situation properly , because after I was searched fully , they didn't find anything , then he apologized for the misunderstanding. After I had been humiliated and treated like a ***** . I don't understand how they are supposed to handle these matters , but I felt so violated and failed by the process that they use , to me it seems like a whole big **** and I feel that I want to sue them because they don't have any evidence and yet I am being accused of something , but they don't even want to show me the CCTV footage. I feel that I will never do my shopping at shoprite again , they do not have good customer service ,my argument is that if I had really ****** goods why wasn't I stopped at the door ?. If I was really on the wrong , why did they wait for me at the parking lot ? Why were not other securities at Jabulani mall warned that I am a ***** ?. I really cannot describe how I feel right now but I am very disappointed.
