SHOPRITE IS THE WORST!!!!!!

The shoprite at Cnr Banket and Pretoria Street is the worst franchise in Hillbrow.If they are not selling rotten fish and meat, it's the service you get when you go there.I went there to buy electricity and had to wait in the que for 2 hours because the systems are not working. How on earth can you have only one person sitting at money market with such a big clientele.Is it because people don't complain or are you taking advantage of the area where you are situated? When a company introduces a system it must first be tested by IT to check if everything is running smoothly.The supervisor is arrogant she lacks courtesy,when you know you have an issue the first thing is to apologize and advise people that we have an issue not to seat and wait for clients to ask what is happening.

If there was an option for one star I would put it,the service is APPALLING!!!!!!!
