Shoprite is pathetic

I was in shoprite Atlantis and had to wait almost 30 min to pay as the tellers are so slow and only 2 tellers working at express isle with 6 tills , customers must just wait and are not permitted to pay at kiosk ( only had 2 cokes to buy ) . To top it all on my way out of center shopping bag breaks , only 2 1,5 cokes in . Really must be the worst shoprite in SA , never have a pleasant shopping experience there . pathetic service and management
